How the 7th Pay Commission Calculated, Report of 7th CPC: As you know the 7th Pay Commission is considered from the 1 January 2016, after various amendment finally the government of India recommended minimum pay out of Rs.18000/- per month for a central employee, it is fair and reasonable and one which, along with other allowances and facilities, would ensure a decent standard of living for the lowest ranked employee in the Central Government.
